Say:
“This is the feast of waxing light. What was born at Solstice has begun to manifest and we watch as the days grow visibly longer showing the Child Sun growing ever stronger. During this time we must each light our own light, be uniquely ourselves, and revel in our individuality. This is a time of initiation, of beginning when we will bless the seeds that will later sprout and grow to harvest. I am here to share in the light of inspiration, to turn the Wheel and grow with the growing year.”
Pick up the yellow candle and anoint it with cinnamon oil, then light it.
Carry it around the edge of your Circle saying:
“Fire of the heart,
Fire of the mind
Fire of the hearth
Fire of the wing
Fire of the Art
Fire out of time!
She shines for all,
She burn in all!”
When you have finished your circle, place the candle in the cauldron (filled with snow
if possible).
Say:
“This is the time of the feast of torches,
When every lamp blazes and shines.
I celebrate the Goddess
I celebrate the God
Even the earth celebrates,
Beneath its mantle of snow.
May I carry the lamp of inspiration with me
As I venture out into the world.
So mote it be!”

This is another one of my early sabbat rituals that got recycled yearly. Many of my later Imbolc rituals are patterned on this one and there are elements that still creep into later versions.
This one is a little too simplistic for me, over the years I've developed a liking for a little more show and drama in my rituals. However, if you're looking for something short but satisfying this certainly does fit the bill.
