_________________ beginning in the East, trace the Circle around the perimeter of
the room, trace the Circle over your head and under your feet, then say:
"As above, so below."
Salute both earth and sky with your athame, then say:
"The Circle is cast, we are between the worlds,
Beyond the bounds of time,
where life and death,
Joy and sorrow,
night and day,
Meet and make one.
By the power of three -
The power of the elements,
The power of dragons,
The power of Deity,
We create this Circle."
Light the center candle on the altar and say:
"The fire is lit, our ritual has begun.
God and Goddess blessings "

In one form or another I've been using same basic model to perform my Circle casting. What you see to above, is the newest incarnation that is still having the 'bugs' worked out of it. In 2001 I became interested in Dragon Magick and it is creeping into a good portion of my practices. =)
I have blended calling the Watchtowers with also asking dragons to stand as a guide and to keep track of what I'm (or we) are doing so that we don't do anything too bad. Not that we do bad things. *facepalm*
For now I'm using the traditional names to call the dragons, but I'm sure that will change. The traditional names just don't 'flow' for me, so the generally means that I will discover the names that will use in my practices once I have become more familiar with them. Or I could be wrong. Wouldn't be the first time.
Oh, one last word - the Circle casting is written for a group but it's easy enough to switch it for solitary use. I just switch all the 'we's' and 'us's' to singular pronouns.
